Based on a site of 3 000 m2 in Andelys, DEDIENNE Composites^® offers the means to completely satisfy your requirements:

• Workforce of 35 people.
• Design office.
• Internal and external mould making capabilities.

Principaux means of production :

• 8 thermoforming machines including one thermopressure,
  Capacity of 500 x 500 mm up to 2500 x  1500 mm
  Fine thicknesses starting from 200 µ.
  Larger thicknesses up to 10 mm.
• One pilot line with a 300 tonne forming press using the Cage System® for mould heating licensed from RocTool.
• 6 CNC machines including four 5 axis.
• Temperature controlled rooms, horizontal saw.

Materials

The converted materials range from standard plastics to high performance polymers and TP composites :

• Commoditised Polymers : PE, PP
• Technical Polymers: ABS, PC, Kydex.
