Our Group started life in 1947 thanks to the creativity and know-how of one man, Mr Roland DEDIENNE.

Since then, filled with the same volition and spirit to succeed, our Group has evolved and developed thanks to the boldness and professionalism of its teams over its unique concept of Multiplasturgy ® .

The legacy of the spirit, the values and the name will always be alive in the Group.

Structured around 5 poles of expertise and their knowledge of high performance polymers, DEDIENNE MULTIPLASTURGY^® GROUP is specialised in the manufacture of technical and cosmetic parts and sub-assemblies from prototype to small and large volume.

Beyond our expertise in the conversion of plastic matrials and more especially high performance polymers, we have developed the concept of MULTIPLASTURGY® which has become the subject of a commercial brand and logo registration. Thanks to the combination of offerings and strengths of the Group operational units, we have the capacity to propose innovative solutions to create parts and sub-assemblies from plastic material and/or thermoplastic composites with equipment suppliers and manufacturers.

Because we are keen to create responsible partnerships, we choose our clients from amongst the best in their respective sectors : equipment industries, aerospace, defence, automotive, electrical and electronic materials, transport, connector, luxury market and medical materials.

The Group therefore positions itself on two levels that are found throughout the organisation :

• The level of the poles of expertise which are the industrial units mastering one or more procedures of conversion and decoration of plastic materials or composites. The poles have authority to be points of reference in their domain of expertise. As at today, the group has 5 poles:
  • High precision machining
  • Injection and decoration
  • Thermoforming and stamping
  • Surface treatment and metallisation
  • Products with electromagnetic compatibility
    
    
• • The levels of the MULTIPLASTURGY® units are entities capable of acting as partners with the equipment manufacturers in proposing solutions on the basis of plastic and/or composite materials. These entities are specialised in line with the targeted market that the group is given.

  • DEDIENNE Multiplasturgy^® for other areas

DEDIENNE MULTIPLASTURGY^® GROUP is one of the top leading European specialists in the conversion of high performance polymers. This level of experience has allowed them to become a partner of the DuPont group for the distribution of DuPont™ Vespel^® in France.

In 2008, the group achieved a consolidated turnover of 37,7 M€. 320 employees of which 20 engineers and 32 project technicians shared between 7 factories are there to serve.
